Dear Chica,

Hi,
I was interested in your opinion on Geodon. I took it 2 years ago but started shaking so bad. I was taking Vyvanse for the past year, but my spending is getting out of control. I went to my doctor last week and he gave me another rx for low dose of Geodon but I'm kind of scared to start taking it again. If I forgot to take it with my dinner, I did not sleep at all. Do you find Adderall helps?

Michelle

Hi!
Geodon does make me shake. My handwriting is not the same as it was a year ago. The adderall does make it worse. There's nothing I can do about it. I feel like the meds make my life worth living so I continue on them. I am planning on going off my antidepressant when the new year gets here since it's my high season, but I don't think I can get off the geodon. It really helps control my anger issues.
Geodon makes you sleepy and you have to take it with food or it just doesn't work. I set an alarm clock on my cell phone to go off every night after dinner so I don't forget to take it. This may help you to remember.
As for the adderall, every person is different. For me, it's helping me remember things and get things done. Otherwise I would be sitting here thinking of the things that I need to get done with dread. Now I'm doing those things. I don't take it every day, just on the days when I need to be productive.
Hope this helps. Thanks for the email! It brightened my day!
